i have been sitting here for quite a while. trying to use the technology to find the sounds that are in my brain. this is like a vortex, eating all my time. i have "finished" two tracks (so far untitled). a beatsy shlock horror sort of thing and something that reminds of gamelan music and a bit of bjork. or something something. yep.

you can see a screen shot in live of the gamelan type of one. the data looks very dense, doesn't it. but i assure you, it really doesn't umm sound so complex or anything.

Hi Seb. Are you using autoPhaser to circumvent the vortex? Be wary of quantum-level superconductivity, it sucks. Aside from that - go hard.

anyway, yeah, autoPhaser, i am totally hammering it. the two tracks together are about 12 minutes long.

so ja.

Sebastian!

Are you sure we can't use 'voice'? While I spent four years a while back debating the fact that it IS an instrument, I'm willing to retract all statements just for the next 48 hours.

well i guess some fundamental questions need to be addressed firt, yeah. like. did you fit your voice in your milkcrate when you packed it? were you able to carry your milkcrate into the environment then with your voice inside?

But wait, a cache fits into a milkcrate and what if that cache just happened to contain a voice sample? Couldn't I then just....
